Hi All!
I have been following Sleague since its inception in 1996. Previously, I was a fan of Fandi Ahmad and the 4-0 drubbling of Pahang in the 1994 Malaysia Cup final is forever etched in my mind.
Has been supporting the protectors since early 2000 when they build a formidable team ard brazilian imports like Egmar and Peres de Oliveria. The year when HU last won the title, they were scoring goals for fun and I look forward to a repeat of that performance in this season's league.
I will use this blog to post my views on Singapore football and post pictures of the matches that I attended. I am an ardent Sleague fan that attends about 2 to 3 games per week, so look forward to the pictures ya? I will also post my picks about the upcoming matches.
Meanwhile, my virgin pick in this virgin post is to take gombak to defeat the young lions. Gombak has a deadly strikeforce with Agu and Kingsley upfront. Their midfield is one of the more creative in the Sleague and with Precious anchoring the defence, they should overcome the YL and progress to the next stage of the Singapore Cup..
I am in the midst of my exams, will go full throttle after it ends next week. Meanwhile, wish me luck for my papers!
